Terms & Conditions

 

1. That the frames ordered will be guaranteed ready for collection within fourteen working days.

2. Should the frames not be ready within fourteen working days and the contract complies with these terms and conditions in full, then OnTime Windows Ltd will reimburse all and any monies paid in connection with this contract.

3. This money back offer is based on white Upvc frames only with white or brass finish furniture and excludes curved or angled frames, safety glass, lead work or Georgian features.

4. This money back offer will not include the retention of frames by customer and these will remain the property of OnTime Windows Ltd.

5. The fourteen working days is from the date an order deposit or full payment is received by OnTime Windows Ltd.

6. OnTime reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. However, orders already placed during this offer will be honoured as per the terms and conditions.
